Each product entered into Buzymart will be curated by our team. Curation process will be done by reviewing the following criteria:
After being quoted, the seller's products will go into one of these three states:
Product Relevance
Products sold are creativity and made by Seller himself, a teammate, a Seller's employee or a known Nigerian Brand. Types of products sold such as crafts, furniture, fashion, clothing, decorations, care products and health, culinary, electronics, digital products and others.
Seller may not sell imported products, raw materials or equipment for handicrafts, used or previously used products, or products that infringe the intellectual property of other authors or laws in force in Nigeria. Resellers, Agents, or Distributors can as well sell on Buzymart. Products must also conform to the Buzymart quality standards and target market.
Product description
Seller may only sell products and conduct transactions in Naira currency. If the Seller sells outside of Buzymart, the selling price of the product is expected to be equal or less than the selling price of the product elsewhere.
Seller may include specific policies for Seller's store and / or products in the product or store description section. The policy should be reasonable, not ridiculous, and still in line and comply with the prevailing regulations and policies in Buzymart. Sellers who include a specific policy must follow to follow and adhere to the policy while keeping abreast of the policies and conditions in Buzymart. If the specific policies that Seller discloses do not comply with the terms and policies and standards in Buzymart, Buzymart reserves the right to alter the policy.
Seller must enter product information in the form of name, type, unit price, available color, weight, quantity / stock, available variation, and product description containing size or dimension, materials used, as well as unique features and characteristics of the product being sold.
Seller must enter actual, accurate, and complete product information. In addition, the seller must promptly update the product information sold if any time a change occurs. Any loss caused by false product information is not the responsibility of Buzymart.
With regard to product weight information, product delivery charges will be automatically listed based on the delivery distance and the weight of the product. Buzymart only serves to estimate according to the information provided by the Seller and Buyer. The actual shipping cost of the product remains determined by the shipping service.
Pictures
The image of the sold product must be a minimum size of 650x650 pixels, clear, and do not use watermarks, logos and posts that interfere with product photos. The images used should also be self-owned images, not those of other sellers or other parties. In addition, users are advised to use more than one and a maximum of five photos to show the products sold as detailed as possible. The images MUST be on a white background
Variation, customization, and pre-order
Sellers can enter variations on one product sold. Allowed variations include colors, sizes, and aspects that do not remove the identity of the product. The seller may sell the products in the pre-order system and determine the pre-order creation time in the provided column (maximum of 30 days). The time specified by the Seller is the Seller's decision itself and the Seller is responsible for complying with that time.
Revised liability
Products from the Seller will enter into the status of revising if:

The product from the Seller will be re-curated if it has done the addition / improvement according to the note given.
Shipping and packaging of products
The seller must ship the product according to the buyer's order, both in quality and quantity. Package the product in such a way that the product is safe from damage during shipment. If the product is damaged upon receipt of the buyer, the seller shall return or replace the buyer's order-based product.
Using packaging that has been approved by Buzymart. Buzymart reserves the right to re-review the cooperation with the seller if found any products that are shipped without using the agreed package. Damage and loss of goods in the process of shipping the product is the responsibility of the Seller and the provider of the shipping service, Buzymart. Complaint has not been received after 7 days from the shipped product or 5 days since the delivery status stated successfully received by the expedition will be considered invalid.
Cancellation and Rejection of Transaction
In a condition where there is a mistake in the stock information of the product or the seller is unable to perform the production, the seller is entitled to refuse / cancel the transaction by including the reason for not being able to fulfill the order. If there are other product recommendations or can be re-created, Buzymart will communicate the solution to the buyer. If the buyer agrees with the solution from the seller, the order will still be processed. Meanwhile, if the buyer does not agree, the order will be canceled. Payments made by the buyer will be returned entirely to the buyer no later than 3 business days.
If the seller does not ship the product within the given time limit, the transaction will also be considered void. All transactions unsuccessfully filled with the seller will be recorded and reduce the seller's performance. Buzymart conducts periodic seller evaluations, and if the seller who performs poorly will be given a strict admonition and sanction from Buzymart in accordance with the applicable provisions
Conflict
Any form of problems and conflicts between Seller and Buyer will be resolved by Buzymart as a neutral mediator. In the process of discussion, Buzymart will use the method of deliberation to reach consensus.
Prohibition and Sanctions
Buzymart reserves the right to ask the Seller to alter any or all of the product information that is deemed incompatible with the Buzymart standard. If Seller does not make changes, Buzymart reserves the right to return the product will not be displayed on Buzymart site until finally changed.
Environmental and Social Protection
Buzymart is a company that cares for good environmental and social sustainability. By buying and selling transactions through the Buzymart website, Seller guarantees that:

Provide reasonable payments in accordance with the law to employees and parties involved in the production and sale of products
Copyright Policy
Every product that is uploaded and sold on the Buzymart website is owned by the creator, manufacturer, and co-creator involved in the manufacture of the product. Buzymart honors all rights of Users, and wishes all Users to respect each other for the creation of a useful, positive and convenient Buzymart service for all Users without exception.
By uploading content on the Buzymart website, the Seller agrees to grant Buzymart’s temporary limited license to such content. This License reserves the right of Buzymart to display and incorporate User contents in various media owned by Buzymart for the purposes of individual promotions of the Seller as well as Buzymart.
